This year marks the 20th Anniversary of EUROPIA - the European Petroleum Industry Association. As the refining industry’s representative to policy and decision makers in Europe, EUROPIA works with bodies such as the European Commission, Conservation of Clean Air and Water in Europe (CONCAWE), the European Council for Automotive R&D (EUCAR) and national oil industry organisations, among others.
Our anniversary programme is full of exciting events to celebrate 20 years of EUROPIA. Between now and then, EUROPIA will host:
- Friends of Europe Cafe Crossfire: 'Moving Forward After Copenhagen'
- Lunch Debate: The Centre for European Policy Studies (CEPS)
- Publication of EUROPIA Annual report 2009
- Publication of a White Paper on ‘Oil Refining in the EU’

EUROPIA's General Information Meeting took place on 2nd June 2010 at the TOTAL offices. This internal event consists of presentations from our industry's perspective which are complemented by speakers from the European Commission and other stakeholders.
